Our client is an innovative restaurant ownership group that’s creating a new model for restaurant chain marketing, brand creation and growth. In just three years they have become one of New England's largest restaurant ownership and operations groups. They are a nimble team of experts composed of some of the industry’s most successful entrepreneurs and creative thinkers with a passion for food, fun and creating memorable brands in the restaurant space. As a fast growing company with a nimble startup mentality - they are looking for an entrepreneurial minded Creative Director or ACD who is comfortable being hands-on in an ever changing, high growth environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual Campaign Creation and Brand Ideation

  • Understands the client’s customers, brand voice and can ideate around a range of each depending on the restaurant brand we’re working on.

  • Ideate and pitch ideas in a short amount of time and refine/self-edit work along the way.

  • Can create big, fun ideas that create awareness, engagement or drive sales.

  • Understand how to package ideas in ways that are clear and concise.

  • Can apply “big ideas” to a range of mediums fr0m digital to traditional - and guerilla marketing.

  • Has experience or ability creating brand positioning creative work from scratch.

  • Art Direction of the design team

  • Copywriting and the ability to quickly adjust voice in a multi-brand, agency setting. 

  • Edit copy to ensure brand voice and business objectives are effectively executed.

  • Write email newsletters and customer loyalty emails

  • Write Monthly Social Media calendars

  • Create scripts for videos, commercials and social content

  • Work with all disciplines to deliver creative excellence on time

  • Brings other interests to the job (Food trends, beverage trends, interior design, brand design, etc)

  • Can take feedback well and incorporate it into writing and ideas.

  • Willing to help out with whatever is asked of them and to lend a hand to your team when they need it.

  • Is a positive, constructive team player on a small but fastly growing team.

  • Loves the food and restaurant business and a fast-growing, stratum environment.

  • Is comfortable in a low-structure, fast-paced environment.
