Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager/Engagement Manager to lead their consumer engagement efforts. Their mission to help seniors begins with engaging their target audience, by crafting their member journey all the way from creating awareness of services and ending with making real change in member’s lives.


The successful candidate will be passionate about crafting and improving every step of the engagement journey, by understanding the world of our members, building an emotional connection, and using rigorous testing methodologies to put us on a path of constant improvement. All this, to see the reward of making a real change in senior’s ability to live a full life independently at their location of choice.



  • Develop engagement strategy including product marketing (segmentation, positioning, messaging) and channel marketing (direct mail, phone calls, text messages, email) that delight consumers and motivate them to act.

  • Lead creation of appealing collateral evoking emotional response, collaborating with strong creative partners including designers, content writers and copywriters.

  • Manage a continuous improvement process of our member engagement funnel and experience including testing (e.g. A/B testing, surveys, consumer panels, etc.), representing the voice of the customers as learned from these tests.

  • Work closely with the Business Unit leadership to determine annual goals and own the development and implementation of a marketing plan to deliver against them.



  • 7-10+ years experience in building effective consumer engagement marketing programs with demonstrated success in a product marketing or brand management role.

  • Experience with leading creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement and/or channel management.

  • Experience with cross-functional project and team management, coordinating and leading across a variety of functional areas.

  • Proven ability to problem solve within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with limited in house resources.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience building consumer brands targeting the 80+ age bracket is a plus.
