The opportunity:

The platform has been a proven success and Select is looking for a Director of Business Development to help us meet our aggressive growth targets.  The right person will:

  • Generate new sales opportunities at leading consumer brands by leveraging your experience and industry contacts.

  • Lead and contribute to our business development team and marketing efforts.

  • Provide input to the business and product development plans to assist with the evolution of current products and the development of new ones.

  • Manage the cross-departmental sales-cycle and present to C-level executives the value proposition of brandhub.

 

Your skills:

  • Effectively utilize resources identify prospects and convert opportunities into sales.

  • Present solutions, develop proposals and value models, negotiate and close deals to achieve annual sales targets.

  • Solution selling mentality: Intensely listening and understanding prospects, developing a plan and solution, articulating value, and navigating the complexities of our customers to drive revenue

  • Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.

  • Masterful client presentations and running effective meetings.

  • Clearly articulating the value proposition of solutions and products and the meaningful impact of brandhub to prospects.

  • Collaboration across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients.

 

What it takes/experience:

  • You have a track record of at least five years of B2B selling across the Enterprise.

  • Expertise in identifying and approaching new prospects.

  • You have experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers at enterprise level accounts on complex solutions.

  • You have expert knowledge of the B2B buying process.

  • You deploy advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets.

  • You are intellectually curious, easily grasp new products and solutions, and bring the spirit of innovation to your customers.
