Our client is reinventing the products that help our parents better live when they retire… They are already changing how hundreds of thousands of aging adults in the US age and they need a product magician to help us push them to the next level.

 

Responsibilities:

• Speak the language of actuaries, data scientists, clinicians, developers, operations team and account management

• Lead the day to day work for an interdisciplinary team that includes actuaries, developers, clinicians, marketers, operations and legal/compliance coworkers. 

• Be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty.  You’ll be responsible for leading the team and contributing to the daily work product.

• Develop the next generation of coaching based wellness programs that help our members successfully age.  You’ll shepherd the team to develop, market, test and fine tune our NeverStop program

• Cut to the chase and drive the  team to pull a lot of decisions quickly from their hats (and know what to do if they end up wrong)

• Retrospect what you and your team did to make sure we do not make the same mistake twice

• Work directly with our clinical, research, marketing and actuarial teams  to build our new product pipeline in the wellness space.  This will include 

• Ensure nothing disappears (e.g. falls through the cracks)

 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software product management experience

• 2+ years leading product management activities within the tech space

• >5 years utilizing Agile and/or Scrum software methodologies

• Startup experience required - at least one of your past positions should be from a startup

• Experience in wellness programs and/or user experience is a plus

• We do not provide broomsticks so this position will require some air travel. (It reports to the Business Unit Leader In our US office and works extensively with our R&D teams in Israel

 

Location - East Coast US, with strong preference to Boston Massachusetts
